Thomas Kissinger was first introduced to the trumpet and launched into the wonderful world of music at age
eight. He grew up listening to Trumpet Greats like: King Oliver, Louis Armstrong, Bix Beiderbecke, Rafael Mendez, Bunny Berigan,
Cootie Williams, Roy Eldridge, Harry James, Dizzy Gillespie, Clark Terry, Miles Davis, Maynard Ferguson, Doc Severinsen, Chet
Baker, Clifford Brown, Maurice Andre, Freddie Hubbard, Wynton Marsalis, Arturo Sandoval, and Phil Driscoll.
Thomas grew up in Virginia and later relocated to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he attended Louisiana State
University. There he studied trumpet and participated in a recording project with the L.S.U. Jazz Ensemble entitled...
"Another One Of Those Things."

His two passions are writing and music. It is with these two passions that Thomas desires to
be used to inspire and encourage people, giving them hope with words and music of inspiration!
His newest and most recent recording project is entitled "I Believe." It features ten songs of inspiration,
designed to uplift, encourage, inspire, and transform those who listen.
